User Management

To view all users of your SamurAI tenant select Admin > User Management from the main menu.

User Management displays information for each user including their assigned role, when they were created, account status and last login.

You also have the ability to export you user list to a CSV file by selecting Export.

Invite Users

To add new users you can send an invite from the SamurAI Portal, this will send an email allowing the user to register their account.

1. Login to the SamurAI Portal and select Admin - User Management
2. Select Invite Users
3. Select a role for the user. For more information on roles, review User Roles.
4. Add the email address of the user. You can add multiple email addresses associated with the role by selecting + Add another person.
5. An email will be sent from no-reply@security.ntt to each user requesting them to Register Account and complete Account Details.

User Roles

Each SamurAI Portal user is assigned a role. The role controls the areas of the portal the user can access and the actions they can perform.

To view a user’s current role, select Admin > User Management. The assigned role is displayed in the Role column.

To change a user’s role:

1. Log in to the SamurAI Portal and select Admin > User Management.
2. Locate the required user.
3. Select more options for that user.
4. Select Set role.
5. Select the required role from the list.
6. Select Save.

Only users with the appropriate administrative permissions, normally users assigned the Tenant Administrator role, can change a user’s role.

User Status

The table below outlines the potential user status:
